Mrs B. (Bev) Christou - Employed: 2001
Bev Christou joined La Trobe Financial as the Assistant Manager of the Settlements Department in June 2001.
Bev came to us with 20 years finance experience and knowledge. Her previous roles as Bank Branch Manager and Personal Banking Manager included underwriting and settling personal, home and commercial loans in addition to managing branch staff, targets and budgets.
Bev was promoted to La Trobe Financial’s Settlements Manager in December 2001. She progressed through the Lending Department as Manager overseeing staff, processes, underwriting and settlements of loans.
In February 2011, Bev was promoted to the Executive Head of Customer Operations where she oversees the Discharge, Securities, Customer Service and Records Management departments and is heavily involved with La Trobe Financial’s Human Resource requirements.
Bev has a Diploma in Mortgage Finance and with her interpersonal and customer focus skills is an important new member of our Executive team.
