Only one excess to pay
When you make a claim for both Home and Contents for the same event, you only have to pay one excess.
No claim forms necessary
There are no claim forms to fill in when you make a claim - simply call us and we will manage this process for you.
Pay your Insurance monthly
Spread your premium across twelve easy-to-manage monthly instalments.
You are protected against loss or damage as a result of the following Insured Events:
- Fire
- Lightning, including power surge caused by lightning
- Explosion
- Earthquake
- Impact
- Theft
- Riot or civil commotion
- Malicious damage
- Storm and rainwater run-off , including flash flood (limited to 50% of the sum insured)
- Bursting, leaking, discharging or overflowing of apparatus & pipes
Inclusion of a number of Additional Features at no extra cost, such as:
- Removal of debris and extra rebuilding costs
- Temporary accommodation costs during repairs
- Accidental breakage of fixed glass and bathroom fittings
- Cover for visitors contents when your contents are insured
- Legal liability cover up to $20 million
Tailor your Insurance to suit your needs with the choice of Optional Covers, such as:
- Personal property - provides cover for accidental loss or damage to personal effects you own anywhere in Australia or New Zealand and up to 30 days elsewhere in the world.
- Accidental damage - provides cover for accidental loss or damage at the insured address such as accidentally dropping a heavy saucepan onto your kitchen tiles (Home cover) or accidentally spilling a bottle of red wine on y our carpet (Contents cover).
- Mortgagee's Interest – for Landlords insurance on contents which are not covered by the body corporate (only available on a mortgaged strata title, or similar unit, townhouse or duplex)
