La Trobe Financial held a meeting of members of the La Trobe Australian Credit Fund on Wednesday 11 October to consider and vote on proposed changes to its constitution.
96% of votes cast were in favour of the proposed changes to the Constitution, which resulted in the resolution being passed.
The change to the constitution required the support of 75% of members voting on the changes.
