Mr John Marriott – SNF Fin Read full bio >
John Marriott is a most experienced Senior Corporate and Commercial Banker having over 40 years' experience with 3 of Australia’s major Banks, NAB, Westpac and the ANZ.
He was seconded to NAB's Merchant Bank First National for 2.5 years and worked specifically on M&A transactions.
Whilst at NAB John experienced senior roles in Corporate and Institutional Banking, Credit, Project & Structured Finance and was Head of the largest commercial business district in Australia. He was also the Head of NAB's Major Client Group in Victoria.
At Westpac John was appointed Head of Business Acquisition in Victoria and replicated the acquisition model in establishing businesses for the Bank in both NSW and QLD as major successes for the Bank. Following this he was appointed as State General Manager, Victoria for Premium Commercial Business which also included responsibility for the Bank's Property Divisions in Victoria and West Australia and the Business Acquisition team in Victoria.
John is a past Director of Corporate Acquisitions in Corporate Banking in Victoria for the ANZ Banking Group.

Greg O’Neill is a qualified economist whose previous experience involved positions as Account Manager with the American Computer company NCR Australia Limited, Trainee Company Secretary at Security Permanent Building Society in Victoria and Advance Bank (Australia) Ltd.
Greg is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Life Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance, and a past member of the International Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.
Since joining La Trobe Financial, he has participated directly in reporting to the Group’s Board of Directors and continues the most active Fund Raising activities of La Trobe Financial.
Greg is a past Chairman of the National Basketball League (NBL) Melbourne Tigers Basketball Club (2006-2009), during which the Club appeared in four finals, winning two National Championships. He is currently an Ambassador for Basketball Australia's elite program, and has attended the past two Olympic Games with the men's national team the Boomers in Beijing and London.

Kishore Moorjani is a Senior Managing Director and leads the Asia efforts for Blackstone’s Tactical Opportunities Group.
Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Moorjani was the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Credit Asia Capital, an Asian special situations investment firm he established in partnership with the Blackstone Strategic Alliance Fund. Prior to that, Mr. Moorjani was Co-Head of Asia at D.B. Zwirn, a $5 billion special situations investment firm, where he was involved in launching the Asian investment business. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Moorjani was with Colony Capital, where he held various positions across several of the firm’s offices, including serving as the CEO of Colony Capital Taiwan. Mr. Moorjani moved to Asia in 1995 with CBRE, where he was part of the founding team for the Indian operations that established the firm as a pre-eminent real estate services firm in India.
Mr. Moorjani received an MBA in Real Estate Finance and a BBA in Finance/ Strategy (Honours) from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto.

Christopher J. Tynan is a Managing Director of Blackstone in the Real Estate group, Head of Real Estate Australia, and is based in Sydney. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Tynan was a Managing Director with Morgan Stanley where he led real estate investing activities in Australasia for Morgan Stanley’s real estate funds.
Mr. Tynan received a Bachelor of Commerce (Merit) and a Bachelor of Laws from University of New South Wales.

Gerard Parlevliet has over 25 years’ experience in the superannuation industry, including 12 years as General Manager (Chief Executive Officer) of the Commonwealth Bank Officers’ Superannuation Fund (Commonwealth Bank Group Super) and then 7 years as Chief Investment Officer of the Fund.
In his role with Commonwealth Bank Group Super, Mr Parlevliet completed a number of superannuation fund mergers and oversaw excellent investment returns to members. In recognition of his achievements, Mr Parlevliet was awarded the Chief Investment Officer of the Year award at the 2013 National Achievement Awards.
Mr Parlevliet has a wealth of corporate governance experience including as a director of Prime Super Pty Ltd, and as company secretary for Commonwealth Bank Officers Superannuation Corporation Pty Limited, SBV Staff Superannuation Pty Limited and CBA Staff Superannuation Pty Ltd.
In addition to his directorships, Mr Parlevliet is an Asset & Liability committee member of CBHS Friendly Society, a Member of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia’s NSW Executive Committee, and a Member of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia’s Economics and Investment Committee.

Mr. Gautam Banerjee, serves as the Senior Managing Director of The Blackstone Group NYC, Private Equity Group. Mr. Banerjee has experience leading various business units in PWC, including PwC Singapore’s largest business unit, the Assurance practice. He served as the Head of China and Southeast Asia Operations at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP since December 1, 2005.
Mr. Banerjee joined PwC Singapore in April 1982. He served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Asia Pacific region at PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore since 2005. Mr. Banerjee served as Executive Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2012. Mr. Banerjee was the Chief Operating Officer at PwC in China, Korea, Japan, Australia and Southeast Asia. Mr. Banerjee spent over 30 years with the PwC in various leadership roles in Singapore, India and East Asia, he was responsible for some of its largest clients. Mr. Banerjee served as a Member of PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore strategy council. He also contributed significantly to the development of PwC Singapore from a predominantly audit and tax practice to a multidisciplinary professional services firm with capabilities in Risk Management, Corporate Finance and other business advisory services in Banking and Capital Markets, Telecommunications and Technology.
Mr. Banerjee has been the Chairman at PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited since December 2009. He serves as the Chairman of Blackstone Singapore at The Blackstone Group L.P. and The Blackstone Group, Private Equity Group. Mr. Banerjee serves as Vice Chairman of the Singapore Business Federation and serves on the Boards of APEC Business Advisory Council and the Yale-NUS College. He serves as a Director of The APEC Business Advisory Council and Government of Singapore Investment Corporation Pte Ltd (GIC Pte. Ltd.). He has been Non-Executive Independent Director of Piramal Enterprises Limited and The Indian Hotels Company Limited since April 1, 2013. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Singapore Airlines Limited New Zealand Branch since January 1, 2013.
He serves as Director of EDB Investments Pte. Ltd. He has been a Member of International Advisory Board of The Blackstone Group LP since January 8, 2013. Mr. Banerjee served as Lead Independent Director and Independent & Non-Executive Director of The Straits Trading Company Limited since January 2, 2013. Mr. Banerjee has served on the Corporate Governance Council of the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Companies Act Reform Steering Committee. He was a Nominated Member of Parliament in Singapore from 2007 to 2009.
He served as a Director of Singapore Economic Development Board until January 31, 2015. He is a Member of the Legal Service Commission of Singapore and Chairman of raiSE, Centre for Social Enterprise in Singapore. He served as a Member of the Economic Strategies Committee Chaired by the Finance Minister of Singapore from 2009 to 2010. His other roles in the not-for-profit sector include being a term Trustee of SINDA and a Member of the Governing Board of Yale NUS College. He is a nominated Member of Parliament and a Board Member of the National Heritage Board. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London and was admitted to the Partnership on July 1, 1989.
He was awarded the Public Service Medal by the Singapore Government in 2014. Mr. Banerjee is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). Mr. Banerjee graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom in 1977 was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Laws (LLD) by the same university in 2014.
