Chris Andrews is Chief Executive Officer of La Trobe Financial.

Chris has over 20 years’ experience across asset management, credit and financial services and has held a number of senior roles since joining the business in 2006.

Prior to his current role, Chris was La Trobe Financial’s Chief Investment Officer and oversaw significant growth in the asset management business. As CEO, Chris is focused on creating value by delivering the highest standards of service for customers, underpinned by strong risk management.

Chris holds degrees in Commerce and Law (Honours) and resides in Melbourne.

Martin Barry is Chief Financial Officer of La Trobe Financial.

Martin has over 20 years’ experience in banking, asset management and financial services and has held a number of senior roles since joining the business in 2014.

Prior to joining La Trobe Financial, Martin held a variety of actuarial, banking and finance roles in London, Tokyo and Australia, including with PWC, The Royal Bank of Scotland and the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi.

Martin holds a degree in Physics from Imperial College, London, and resides in Sydney.

Rowan Donohoue is Senior Vice President, Chief Operating and Risk Officer at La Trobe Financial.

Rowan has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, risk management and operations, and has held a number of senior roles since joining the business in 2009.

Prior to joining La Trobe Financial, Rowan worked in private practice with national law firm, Clayton Utz.

Rowan holds degrees in Law and Arts and is admitted as a solicitor in the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Courts of Victoria and South Australia. Rowan resides in Melbourne.

Cory Bannister is Chief Lending Officer of La Trobe Financial and leads the Real Estate Credit Division.

Cory has over 20 years’ experience across credit origination and assessment and the management of mortgage portfolios and delinquent loans and has held a number of senior roles since joining the business in 2000.

Prior to his current role, Cory served as Head of Credit, Head of Distribution and in a variety of senior collections and portfolio management positions. His expertise in complex prime origination and credit sees him as a regular speaker at industry events and he is a noted as one of the “Global 100” by MPA magazine. Cory resides in Melbourne.

Chris Paton is Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer at La Trobe Financial.

Chris has over 14 years’ experience in banking, asset management and financial services and has held a number of senior roles since joining the business in 2017.

Prior to joining La Trobe Financial, Chris worked in Law specialising in the banking and finance sector.

Chris holds both Bachelors in Commerce (Distinction) and Law (Hons) and resides in Melbourne.

Antonietta Sestito is Chief People and Marketing Officer of La Trobe Financial.

Antonietta has over 20 years’ experience across asset management, superannuation and banking and has held a variety of senior roles in the business since first joining in 2007.

Prior to her current role, Antonietta held a variety of senior operations, treasury, distribution and wealth roles at Westpac, ME Bank, AXA Australia and AMP Limited. In her current role, Antonietta is focussed on building and maintaining La Trobe Financial’s service-oriented culture and overseeing the execution of La Trobe Financial’s marketing strategy.

Antonietta holds an MBA from RMIT University and resides in Melbourne.

Rob Clough is Chief Business Optimisation Officer of La Trobe Financial.

Rob has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and joined the business in 2008.

Prior to joining La Trobe Financial, Rob worked in the audit division of PwC.

Rob is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Business Administration.
Rob resides in Melbourne.

Jacki Jennings is Chief Customer Officer of La Trobe Financial.

Jacki has over 30 years’ experience and has held numerous roles in loans approval and settlements since joining the business in 1985.

Prior to her current role, Jacki held a variety of senior finance, fund management and project management positions.

Jacki resides in Melbourne.

Trevor Cloete is Chief Technology Officer of La Trobe Financial.

Trevor has over 30 years’ experience in digital transformations, building enterprise platforms and mitigating IT risk (including Cyber risk) and joined the business in 2019.

Prior to joining La Trobe Financial, Trevor held a variety of senior roles in digital transformations including with Beteasy and Seek Australia and the implementation of cash and logistic solutions
across the retail banking industry in South Africa.

Trevor holds Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and an Honours Degree in Computer Science and resides in Melbourne.
