As part of our commitment to delivering the highest standards of care, those applying to become an investor of La Trobe Financial across all of our investment products are now required to complete a Customer Questionnaire.
The questionnaire forms part of the application form, directly and via our investment platform La Trobe Direct.
What is the questionnaire?
You will be asked a small number of questions covering your investment objectives, your investment allocation strategy, whether you require a Government Guaranteed product, whether you are seeking fixed or variable rates of return, and if you depend ongoing access to your funds.
Why do I need to complete the questionnaire?
These questions are important as they help confirm you have a sound understanding of the product you are applying for and its characteristics, and that it is likely you fall within the target market of that individual product.
Please take the time to read and respond to each question carefully. Consider your response based on your understanding of the product you’re applying for and your own personal circumstances.
If your responses to the questionnaire suggest that you fall outside the target market for the product, then you will not be able to proceed with your investment at this time.
